The Lake
Stocked with bass, brim, and catfish — bring your tackle or use ours. A private dock for swimming and sunset coffee, and a lakeside walking trail that loops beneath the pines.
The Pavilion
An open-air pavilion built around a wood-burning stone fireplace, with a gas grill and seating for twelve. The gathering point for s'mores nights, long dinners, and quiet mornings with the mist rising off the lake.

Inside a gated community with hiking access to Carter's Lake. No through traffic, no neighbors in earshot — just pines, birdsong, and the Blue Ridge skyline. Two hours from Atlanta, twenty minutes from downtown Ellijay.
